This unique building has a maximum occupancy of 90 people.  There are 6 foot rectangle shaped tables and metal fold up chairs provided. A full working kitchen with a commercial size refrigerator, 3 bay sink, microwave, large island and 2 stoves. This beautiful building has nostalgic charm with original hard word floors. Alcohol is not allowed with events. Cost per day is $150.00 + $25.00 Cleaning Deposit for a total of $175.00 per day use.

If you are looking to hold an outside event in our downtown area or our parks, we require a 60-day advance notice and require you to be at least 18 years of age. A Special Event License Application is required to be filled out and approved. Fees may apply for events. Applications can be picked up at the Town Hall, 6035 North State Road 327, Orland, Indiana during normal business hours.
